SYSTEM CLIPS

With our GP6 system clips we offer the right product for every metal, whether aluminium, stainless steel, titanium zinc, copper or steel. Due to the general building authority approval (Z-14.1-622) and the MPA test (130360), wind load calculations according to DIN EN 1991-1-4 can be prepared for your project.

The calculated wind load calculation based on the DIBt and MPA tests even takes into account an installed photovoltaic system.

CLIP TYPES

The GP6 system clips is available for all types of profiles. The GP6 fold clips for double standing seam profiles and GP6 weld attachments for the roller seam welded standing fold & angular standing fold profile.

PHOTOVOLTAIC

The wind load calculation with our GP6 system attachment is based on an installed photovoltaic system on the metal folds.

CAPILLARY EFFECT

Due to the low tongue thickness of just 0.15 mm, there is almost no capillary effect on the metal folds.

CLIP DISTANCES

The tested systems from the metal track over the attachment to the anchoring base allow us attachment distances of up to 1400 mm.

SURFACE LOADS

The GP6 attachments achieve a surface load of 1.57 kN with an attachment spacing of 80 cm and a width of 660 mm.

PANEL LENGTHS

Due to the 200 mm sliding area of the GP6 attachment, the length of the panels can be mounted with 30 meters without a cross fold.

SAFETY

The tested GP6 attachment system is the first on the market with a general building approval Z-14.1-622.

WIND LOAD CALCULATION

Our clip system for roofing consists of GP6 system attachment and the corresponding screws and fasteners.

The DIBt & MPA tests were carried out according to contemporary building technology standards from the substructure through the GP6 System Brackets through to the metal panels. The test values provide a perfect basis for a wind load calculation according to DIN EN 1991-1-4.

PHOTOVOLTAIC FACILITY

Due to the high extension values of our GP6 system clips, a photovoltaic system (solar system) is always included in our wind load calculation as per DIN EN 1991-1-4. The installation is carried out with clamps directly on the fold.

When assembling the solar system, it does not matter whether the clamps are mounted directly on the GP6 system clips or in the free space. It also does not matter if an installation takes place at a later date.
