PROFILE TYPES

Our roof systems are available in three profile heights of 22 - 50 mm. These are angular standing seam and standing seam fold profiles, which due to the roller seam welding process with 500 Hz protect your roof area above all from all weathers.

  • Standing seam cover (RS 22-ES Profile rail)

ANCHORAGE TYPES

With our GP system clips, you can fix the metal

panels, either directly or indirectly, on any

anchoring surface.

WATERPROOF

Due to the permanent roller seam welding of the seam profiles, the roof cover is absolutely watertight even at roof pitches of 0°.

MATERIAL

Due to the use of stainless steel with the materials 1.4301 and 1.4404 there is no corrosion on the roof surfaces.

SURFACES

The seam profiles are available in different surface from brushed to high-pressure blasted for a pleasing look.

PHOTOVOLTAIC

Due to the high surface loads of the seam profiles, large photovoltaic systems can be attached to the panels without any penetration.

PANEL LENGTHS

Due to the 200 mm sliding area of the GP, panel lengths of up to 30 meters can be installed without cross fold.

SAFETY

The tested roof systems are the first on the market with a general building approval Z-14.1-622.

Wind load calculation on the basis of DIBt & MPA tests for our roof systems to DIN EN 1991-1-4.

WIND LOAD CALCULATION

With our tested Protectum roofing systems consist of GP system clips and the corresponding metal panels you are on the safe side.

The DIBt & MPA tests were carried out according to contemporary building technology standards from the substructure through the GP6 System Brackets through to the metal panels. The test values provide a perfect basis for a wind load calculation according to DIN EN 1991-1-4.

PHOTOVOLTAIC FACILITY

Due to the high extension values of our GP6 system clips, a photovoltaic system (solar system) is always included in our wind load calculation as per DIN EN 1991-1-4. The installation is carried out with clamps directly on the fold.

When assembling the solar system, it does not matter whether the clamps are mounted directly on the GP6 system clips or in the free space. It also does not matter if an installation takes place at a later date.
